Giant director missing at Tribeca Film Festival

Tribeca

tribecaThe week of the Tribeca Film Festival is upon us once again. Popcorn flows freely outside of PS 234, the restaurants look busy, and this empty director's chair was found outside of the Franklin Street subway station. Presumably for some big director (over 25 feet to be exact) whom to date, has not showed up. The streets of the neighborhood turn into the biggest and most well funded NYC block party next Saturday, May 5th for the Family Festival. Get the full schedule of events at the official Tribeca Film Festival site. The little people under the chair proved to be quite knowledgeable as well. Read about it in: The Tribeca Trib, The New York Times, New York Sun, and film reviews at Spout.
