Many people begin the process of selling their homes by trying to do it themselves. If you are looking to sell your own place, here are some tips and tactics for doing so. Let me get one shameless plug in here: According to statistics compiled by The National Association of Realtors (NAR), broker assisted sales of homes typically fetched 14.4% higher prices than sale by owner.
